Court of Appeal, by way of supplemental judgment: (a) makes orders as to expenses, outlay and costs arising from an application for interlocutory relief; (b) grants order extending time for the delivery of the statement of claim, in light of the circumstances of the case; and (c) grants an order that, if the statement of claim not be delivered by the specified date, the action to stand dismissed.
Murray J (nem diss): Supplemental judgment - success against some defendants - failure against other defendants - injunctive relief - costs - order requiring delivery of statement of claim - order extending time.
