High Court: (a) grants order striking out action attempting to set aside 2012 order granting administration pendente lite, on the grounds that the plaintiff had made repeated previous attempts to set aside the order and had failed to show any loss to herself, such that her action was frivolous, vexatious and an abuse of process; and (b) grants an 'Isaac Wunder' order restraining the plaintiff from instituting any further proceedings against the named defendants without prior leave of the President of the High Court.
