High Court determines that a conditional agreement between an individual and a capital investment company was terminated in March 2018, and therefore, the individual's claim to an interest in a data center site is unfounded, and that he individual's subsequent trespass on the property, now owned by a special purpose vehicle of the investment company, was not justified by any existing agreement or partnership.
