The Court of Appeal dismissed the appellant's challenge to his convictions for multiple sexual offences, including rape and sexual assault, against his daughter. The appellant's appeal was based on four grounds, including the trial judge's refusal to stop the trial, failure to disclose family WhatsApp communications, refusal to allow cross-examination regarding the results of a physical examination of the complainant, and failure to give a corroboration warning. The Court found no error in the trial judge's exercise of discretion or in the conduct of the trial, affirming the original decision of the Central Criminal Court.
