Court of Appeal dismisses an appeal against conviction, affirming the original decision of the trial court. The appellant was previously found guilty of multiple counts of sexual assault and one count of meeting a child for the purpose of sexual exploitation. The Court of Appeal rejected the appellant's claims of trial errors, including the failure to withdraw the case from the jury and the charge to the jury, upholding the conviction on all counts.
