Court of Appeal dismisses an appeal by a litigant, subject to an Isaac Wunder order, against the High Court's refusal to grant leave to institute proceedings challenging the actions of a receiver. The litigant contended that the remaining receiver could not act alone following the retirement of the co-receiver, thus invalidating subsequent actions. The High Court had previously determined the proposed proceedings to be an abuse of process, frivolous, vexatious, and lacking prospects of success. The Court of Appeal concurred, emphasising that the appeal itself was not maintainable without High Court leave, as required by the restraining order, and upheld the High Court's judgment.
