Court of Appeal upholds High Court's decision to dismiss multiple proceedings brought by an appellant, rooted in alleged misrepresentations made by a branch manager of the original lender, on the grounds that the claims are either statute-barred or fail to disclose a cause of action recognised by law; and the only aspect of the claim not dismissed pertained to alleged overcharging of interest by the respondent's predecessor, which is allowed to proceed.
