Court of Appeal strikes out an appeal where the appellant sought to set aside an order for summary judgment, on the grounds that it is an abuse of process and vexatious, and orders that: (1) the appellant be restrained from initiating further proceedings against the respondent or his servants, agents or legal representatives from doing the same regarding his indebtness to the respondents; (2) applications for leave must be supported by an affidavit which refer in full to all previous applications, motions, actions, proceedings and appeals brought against the respondents; (3) a copy of the order to be furnished to the appropriate Court Service staff so correct steps can be taken; (4) if there is any breach of this order, the respondent may contact the Chief Registrar of the High Court or Registrar of the Court of Appeal referencing this order.
