Court of Appeal refuses application to adjourn appeals, where the appellant had failed to comply with directions to file submissions by a certain date, on the grounds that: (a) the courts of Ireland had not been deprived of jurisdiction to hear cases in the absence of a formal complaint procedure for judges; and (b) the appellant did not require the digital audio recording of a call-over in the High Court, in circumstances where he had the recording of the substantive decision, and the decision to allocate a particular judge to the case was not necessary for the appellant to present his submissions on appeal.
