High Court grants interlocutory injunction restraining the defendant from pursuing the acquisition of lands and development of a media park, without the involvement of the plaintiff, on the grounds that: (1) if the plaintiff succeeds at the hearing of the action, the trial judge may grant a permanent injunction; (2) there is a fair issue to be tried; (3) the balance of justice favours granting the plaintiff's injunction; and (4) a memorandum of understanding contained a clause rendering it legally binding between the parties.
