High Court, in an application for summary judgment, directs that a further affidavit be furnished from the applicant bank, in a claim against three defendants, one of whom is deceased.
Summary judgment application - first named defendant is deceased - applicant not pursuing first applicants estate - third defendant did not enter appearance or defence proceedings - second and third defendant signed letters of guarantee - facilities made available in February 2011 - second defendant does not recall signing the guarantee and/or waiver - two weeks given to plaintiff to file supplemental affidavit clarifying issue raised by second defendant - similar issue relates to second defendant.
