High Court: (a) grants a petition to wind up a hotel company, on the grounds that the company it is unable to pay its debts and that there has been a complete breakdown in the companies relations resulting in an inability to reach agreement; and (b) appoints a liquidator to facilitate the winding up the company and to prepare a statement of affairs of the company.
