High Court grants order permitting the Health Service Executive to conclude a 'bridging contract' with a successful tenderer under a public procurement process for the storage and distribution of disposable continence products, where an unsuccessful tenderer had launched a challenge to the procurement decision, on the grounds that damages would be an adequate remedy and that the public interest clearly favoured the commencement of the new contract.
