High Court refuses to grant a mandatory interlocutory injunction restraining the defendant employer inter alia, from terminating the employment of the plaintiff employee or removing her from her position, as the plaintiff had not established a strong case likely to succeed at trial either on concerns regarding the probationary period, or her work performance, or any equality duty in the public sector.
