High Court: (a) grants order to join a co-defendant to an action by a businessman against a number of parties for alleged conspiracy in compiling a report or dossier with the intent of injuring the businessman, on the grounds that an assertion had been made that the proposed co-defendant was the client of the other parties who had compiled the dossier; and (b) grants liberty to the businessman to amend his pleadings.
