The Court of Appeal, having previously dismissed the substantive appeal on the grounds that the proceedings were entirely misconceived and constituted an abuse of process, dismisses the appellant's challenge against the High Court's review of a Legal Costs Adjudicator's decision, affirming the original costs order. The appellant's attempt to apply the Supreme Court's judgment in a separate case was deemed irrelevant and constituted an abuse of process. The Court of Appeal upheld the provisional costs order, awarding costs to the successful respondent, and emphasised that the appellant's arguments had no bearing on the case at hand, which related to a procedural issue before An Bord Pleanála.
