Court of Appeal awards costs against appellant of an unsuccessful appeal from the dismissal of an application to show cause against bankruptcy, where the appellant had failed to agree the terms of a proposed order, and grants a stay on the award of costs pending an application for leave to appeal to the Supreme Court.
