High Court awards costs to plaintiff of an interlocutory injunction against a bank restraining a receiver from being named in a contract for sale, in circumstances where the order was rendered moot by the valid appointment of the receiver. The court also found evidence of trespass by the receiver, entitling the plaintiff to costs associated with the action, which the plaintiff intends to discontinue.
