High Court, in supplemental judgment arising from an unsuccessful action brought by a prominent businessman concerning utterances in the Houses of the Oireachtas, determines that he should be liable for the costs of the defendants, on the grounds that there were not such exceptional circumstances as to justify a departure from the normal rule that costs follow the event.
