Court of Appeal awards costs to appellant of principal hearing and appeal, after his appeal was allowed and the matter remitted for determination, on the grounds that the principal hearing had wrongly admitted hearsay evidence, which was the basis of the appeal, and therefore he was entitled to costs of both hearings.
