High Court, in long-running proceedings between the parties in which damages were awarded in the plaintiff's favour, grants an application to amend a previous order under the slip rule to correct errors in respect of the proceedings' title, the preambular paragraph and the nature, purpose and origin of an undertaking being provided to the court by the defendants' to the proceedings in order to given effect to the true and accurate submissions of the parties as expressed to the court at the time.
