High Court refuses a tenant's application for judicial review to overturn a District Court order granting possession of a property to Dublin City Council. The tenant's claims of judicial bias, lack of fair procedure, and property unfitness were found to lack substantive evidence. The High Court emphasised that the tenant had not exhausted alternative remedies, specifically failing to appeal the original possession order or to request the presiding judge's recusal. The High Court also granted a brief stay of execution on the possession order to allow the tenant time to appeal.
