High Court directs that an attorney appointed under an enduring power of attorney furnish a report from her accountant as to certain matters relating to the donor's property and affairs, following an application by the donor's children from a previous marriage, on the grounds that it was appropriate for the court to inquire or investigate under certain circumstances.
