High Court makes various orders in proceedings concerning whether the defendants were entitled to claim privilege over a number of documents which had already been the subject of an order for discovery arising from a case about the disclosure of the true names of persons who furnished false information which caused gardai to conduct the searches of a hotel and premises, finding that some redactions within the privileged documents should be upheld on the basis of public interest privilege, while other redactions could not be maintained.
