High Court makes an order directing the plaintiff to reply to the defendant's notice for further and better particulars. on the grounds that: the plaintiff's statement of claim is far too vague and does not particularise: (i) how the plaintiffs are alleged to have held a lease over the property in issue seven years after the expiration of the original lease; (ii) how exactly the defendants acted ultra vires and contrary to the terms of the sports grant received; and (iii) how the defendants acted ultra vires and contrary to the spirit of previous agreements between the parties.
