The Court of Appeal, on appeal from the High Court has: (a) referred questions to the Court of Justice of the European Union concerning whether a high level strategic policy, 'Food Vision 2030' (FV2030) outlining the future of Ireland's agri-food sector, could be considered a 'plan or project' requiring environmental assessments; but (b) dismissed the appeal on other grounds.
