High Court dismisses the defendant's claim that the court acted unlawfully by threatening to remove individuals who disrupted court proceedings. The defendant had accused the judge of lying and breaching a previous Supreme Court decision. The judge emphasised that the power to remove disruptive individuals was essential for ensuring a fair hearing and was supported by both common law and statutory authority.
