High Court dismisses a plaintiff's claim that the defendants missed “red flag” incidents which, it was alleged, ought to have given rise to precautionary x-rays in respect of a hip dysplasia condition, finding that the decision reached by the defendant and his multi-disciplinary team would have been taken by a similar body of doctors acting with ordinary care in this field.
