High Court grants a decree of divorce and makes various orders for proper provision, including, inter alia: (a) an order of joint custody to the applicant and respondent and direction for flexibility to be built into the arrangement; (b) a direction that the wife buy out the husband's interest in the family home; (c) a pension adjustment order/orders directing that the pensions of both parties be equalised; and (d) a lump sum payment order in favour of the husband.
