The High Court strikes out an individual's claim against a company and its employees regarding the purchase of a slurry system, affirming that the individual was not a party to the contract. The court found that the company had contracted with an Irish entity, not the individual, and that the claim was an attempt to avoid the consequences of a District Court judgment. The individual's allegations of fraud against the company's part-time clerical employee were also dismissed, with the court deeming the proceedings an abuse of process and bound to fail.
