High Court refuses judicial review of a decision by An Bord Pleanala to grant planning permission for the construction of a 32-unit apartment block. The court dismissed challenges regarding traffic hazards, density, settlement strategy, historic building preservation, public open space access, tree removal, and environmental impact assessment. The court found that the planning authority and An Bord Pleanála had exercised appropriate planning judgment and that the development did not materially contravene the development plan.
