High Court grants an interlocutory injunction restraining a dental partnership from expelling a managing partner where they sought to sell the practice, on the grounds that the plaintiff had established an arguable case that the expulsion process lacked proper procedure and was potentially motivated by a desire to facilitate the sale, rather than being in the best interests of the partnership. The expelled partner, who held a 50% interest and was primarily responsible for the practice's operations, was granted access to the clinic and its records pending a full trial.
Dental practice dispute - Partner expulsion - Interlocutory relief - Practice sale disagreement - balance of justice.
