High Court grants judicial review of the decision to issue the applicant with a deportation order, on the grounds that as the applicant has been a permitted family member, he came within the scope of the Citizens’ Rights Directive and the decision to deport him pursuant to domestic law, rather than remove him pursuant to European law, was unlawful.
