High Court, in habeas corpus proceedings, determines that the detention of the applicant in a psychiatric facility was unlawful and that she should be released, on the grounds that: the period in which the applicant was in conversation with a nurse was short to the extent it cannot be treated as constituting treatment; the applicant did not meet the requirements under statute for detention; and no form (certifying the applicants detention) was before the court which accurately reflects the statutory requirement in relation to an Admissions Order.
