High Court: (a) by consent, quashes of a decision by An Bord Pleanála to authorise a strategic housing development in Dublin, following a judicial review; and (b) orders the developer of the development to pay the costs of the proceedings that were concerned with delay and for the costs hearing itself, where the developer had contributed insufficient information during the application process.
