Court of Appeal allows appeal from severity of sentence of ten years for possession by a 'mule' of drugs worth over €122,000 with intent to supply, and substitutes a sentence of six-and-a-half years with the final twelve months suspended, on the grounds that the trial judge gave insufficient weight to a plea of guilty, or the fact that the offender had co-operated with the Garda investigation.
