Court of Appeal dismisses an appeal against a conviction for rape on the grounds that it is clear from the transcript that the jury did not engage in premature deliberation prior to completion of evidence and directions from the trial judge, and that when the issue of jury discussion was raised by the foreman the trial judge dealt with the matter appropriately.
