High Court, in answer to a case stated from the District Court, determines that where a minor was accused of a criminal offence, the court was not entitled to take into account previous offences whether deciding whether the offence should be tried summarily or on indictment, notwithstanding that an indicative plea of guilty had been offered, and that the legislation provided that the court could consider 'any other facts it considers relevant'.
