Court of Appeal, on the application of the Director of Public Prosecutions: (a) determines that a sentence of three years imprisonment with the last 18 months suspended for dangerous driving causing death was unduly lenient in light of the aggravating factors, including the fact that the offender failed to stop when called upon to do by Gardai; and (b) substitutes a sentence of four years imprisonment with the last 18 months suspended.
