Supreme Court dismisses appeal from High Court, and affirms dismissal of a claim by a property investor against certain business associates, on the grounds that the High Court had had sufficient evidence to conclude on the facts that: (a) there was no concluded agreement between the parties that would ground the investor's claim; and (b) that the business associates did not owe the investor a duty of care as professional advisors.
