High Court dismisses claim for alleged loss of salary of €247,776 between 2004 and 2014, on the grounds that: (a) the plaintiff in other proceedings had stated that his employment ended in 2004; (b) he had failed to pursue the remedy of reinstatement or reengagement before the Employment Appeals Tribunal, as recommended by the Court of Appeal in an earlier hearing in the instant proceedings; and (c) the High Court had previously ruled that the plaintiff was not under a disability.
