Court of Appeal dismisses appeal from Circuit Court of severity of sentence of six and half years’ imprisonment imposed for the sale and supply of controlled drugs online with a value of €143,000, on the grounds that the disparity in sentences between the appellant and the co-accused was justified because it was necessary that the difference in roles be reflected in significantly different sentences.
