High Court, by way of judicial review, grants an order striking out applications arising from an internal competition amongst prison officers for promotion to as work training officers (which were allegedly in breach of the requirements of natural and constitutional justice in the manner in which the selection process was conducted), on the grounds that the proceedings are moot, both applicants having now taken up that position.
