High Court, in appeal from the Circuit Court, grants a decree of divorce and makes several consequential orders regarding the family home and financial arrangements between the parties. The family home was ordered to be transferred to the respondent, contingent on a payment of €70,000 to the applicant, with specific terms for occupation rights and mortgage responsibilities. Should the respondent fail to make the payment within the set timeframe, the property is to be sold, and proceeds divided according to the judgment. The court also issued mutual orders under statute and declared no order as to costs, with each party bearing their own legal expenses.
