High Court grants a divorce to a couple who had ceased conjugal relations since 2018 and lived separate lives within the same residence without children, and orders the sale of the family home, with proceeds to be divided equally, despite the respondent's significantly higher financial contribution to the property, the court finding both parties to be financially independent, with the applicant having multiple sources of income and the respondent owning profitable businesses, and rejecting the applicant's claims of significant involvement in the respondent's businesses and noted that the recent growth of these businesses did not affect the couple's standard of living during their marriage.
