Supreme Court dismisses appeal from High Court, and affirms determination that a doctor originally qualified in Pakistan, but with a further qualification from the United Kingdom, had not been eligible for interview for an Irish general practitioner post, on the grounds that he had not received the appropriate "Certificate of Eligibility" from the Medical Council at the time the interview took place, and therefore could not have been appointed to the position.
