High Court, in proceedings arising from liquidation of company, refuses order for inspection of documents held by the liquidator, on the grounds that they were either privileged in the sense of being prepared for the purpose of preparing litigation, or "without prejudice" in the sense of having been involved in a bona fide attempt to settle or resolve a dispute.
