High Court orders that first, second and third defendant make discovery of certain certain categories of documents, but refuses to grant discovery of all documents vouching the plaintiff’s alleged loss and damage, on the grounds that this is more appropriate for a request for particulars of the plaintiff’s loss and damage, including vouchers in support of the claim.
