Court of Appeal dismisses appeal, and affirms sentence of thirteen years’ imprisonment with final three years suspended imposed after the appellants were found with drugs with an estimated value of €3.5 million, on the grounds that there was no reason to interfere with the headline sentence nor with the sentence actually imposed.
