Court of Appeal sets aside the High Court's decision, finding that tender documents did not include the transport of organs alone as part of the "specific services" required for the emergency air ambulance service; and that the winning tenderer did not meet the stipulated turnover requirement unless the transport of organs alone was included, which it was not; and the case is remitted to the High Court for determination of appropriate relief for the appellant,
